Analytical review

> Mikhail Smirnov

As is clear from Russian mythology, the earth rests on three pillars. So, economics Sakhalin region is quite consistent with this scheme. Our three pillars are the oil and gas, coal mining and fishing complexes. It is they who mainly produce the product that is in demand in the markets. With all due respect to other industries, they are only service ones - they provide logistics for the production and supply of products to markets, including international ones, and also, to the extent possible, a comfortable existence for the people who are engaged in this production and supply.

Gas vector

Economic forecasts recent years, as a rule, are frightening in nature. In fact, talking about stability in modern world It is possible only with a very big stretch. However, people will always need food and energy, and this is the key to the sustainability of the economy of our region. At least macroeconomics.

And the forecast in this regard for the region for 2018 is quite favorable. If nothing extraordinary happens.

In particular, according to experts, the volume of gross regional product will continue to grow. Maybe not by much, but still no stagnation is expected. In 2020, the volume of GRP according to the base option will increase by 11.4% compared to 2017, and according to the conservative option - by 7%.

However, in the latter case, in comparable prices it may decrease by 3.5%. This will be due to a reduction in production volumes in the oil and gas sector of the region.

But nothing bad happens here. In the oil and gas sector, everything is going according to very long-term plans, and if it is noted that in 2018 there will be a slight decrease in oil production, then this was planned five years ago. But gas production, again as planned, will grow.

By the end of 2020, gas production is projected to increase to 30.26 billion cubic meters (an increase of 2.4% compared to 2016). These percentages will be provided by the Sakhalin-1 and Sakhalin-3 projects.

And future prospects are very clear. Our natural gas resources are large.

However, the logistics and infrastructure for its delivery to consumers still have to be worked out - this is what is currently holding back the accelerated growth of production.

But, for example, work continues on the implementation of the project for the construction of the 3rd technological line of the LNG plant, including ongoing discussions on gas supplies with representatives of the Sakhalin-1 project. And, it seems, the parties are close to some kind of agreement.

It is expected that after completion of the preliminary design (FEED) activities, approximately at the end of 2018 - the first quarter of 2019, a final decision on investments for the project will be made. Then, probably, 40 billion cubic meters per year will not be the limit.

Of course, much will depend on world oil prices, to which gas is tied. For example, in 2016, world prices for crude oil compared to 2015 fell by 27.2%, for liquefied natural gas- by 43.7%. This, of course, drained companies, and the region as a whole, of serious investment resources.

And therefore, when calculating the budget of the Sakhalin region for the future, financiers proceeded from the following oil prices: 49.9 dollars per barrel in 2017, for 2018 - 43.8, for 2019 - 41.8 dollars per barrel.

But since the fall of last year, the price of benchmark North Sea oil Brent on the spot market began to rise. On December 12, for the first time in two and a half years, it rose above the level of 65 dollars per barrel, and by the end of the year to 67 dollars per barrel - for the first time since May 2015. And now the cost of a barrel periodically exceeds 70 dollars.

Of course, it is stupid to make any deep forecasts on price fluctuations in this market, but with a large share It is likely that our companies will have additional investment resources. As, indeed, in the regional budget, about which there was so much worry at the end of last year due to the redistribution of revenues from the PSA between the region and the federal center.

Open way

As for coal, we also have a lot of it. Estimated reserves are 14 billion tons up to minus 300. But no one will go to such depths for it yet - it is unprofitable, so its extraction is ongoing open method. And it is going quite actively. In general, the level of Soviet times has already been reached and even exceeded. And given the fact that coal is increasingly being replaced by gas, more and more solid fuel is being exported. According to preliminary forecasts, coal exports will increase from 5 million tons in 2016 to 7.5 million tons in 2020.

And then, hopefully, the Eastern Mining Company will implement its project to build a coal conveyor and a new port. All conditions, in principle, have been created for this. The Uglegorsk urban district is even included in the Free Port of Vladivostok. And the head of VGK, Oleg Misevra, in numerous recent interviews on this matter, is full of optimism. There is a market, coal is in demand, just work.

And, by the way, the second largest coal mining company, Gornyak-1, last year raised its production beyond the level of 1 million tons of solid fuel, which is not going to stop there.

Let's take into account cyclicality

There are many myths around our fish resources. But they are primarily associated with salmon, of which few came to the islands last year. And therefore general results The year turned out to be worse than the year before - 619 thousand tons of aquatic biological resources versus 738 thousand tons of fish and seafood.

Because of this, there was great panic. They began to talk generally about the destruction of the Sakhalin pink salmon herd and even about the death of the island's fishing industry as a whole.

All this, of course, is overkill. With regard to salmon, it has long been noted that their stocks are gradually moving to the north. This is confirmed in Japan, where, despite the absence of poaching and developed salmon farming, pink salmon have become rare. But in Kamchatka last year there were record catches. It’s hard to say where salmon will go this year, but we shouldn’t forget about this trend.

In addition, we should not forget about the cyclical nature of fishing in general. For a pond where crucian carp are found, it is, of course, not so noticeable, but for the ocean it is very pronounced. For example, in 1972, the salmon catch in the entire Far Eastern region was only 34.5 thousand tons, but in 2009 it turned out to be a record - 542.2 thousand tons. Now the catches have begun to decline, and, obviously, the current cycle will last for more than one year.

But now another cycle begins - more and more mackerel and iwasi sardines are approaching the islands. On coming years Science generally gives fantastic figures. Comprehensive research in the northwestern part Pacific Ocean made it possible to estimate the biomass of sardines and mackerel at several million tons.

The estimated annual catch of mackerel by domestic vessels could be 130 thousand tons, sardines - 60 thousand tons, and saury has not yet completed its cycle - in 2018, saury was caught by fishery enterprises in the Yuzhnye region Kuril Islands may amount to more than 116 thousand tons.

But here, of course, we need a restructuring of the entire fishing system, processing technologies and distribution routes. Catching Iwasi does not mean sitting on the shore with a net. And fish processing facilities are already being actively built and reconstructed in the Kuril Islands. One of promising directions for the production of products with high added value is the construction of factories with new technologies for the disposal of fatty fish processing waste in a completely closed, environmentally friendly safe mode. The output will be high-quality fishmeal, which is in demand on the world market, and food fish fat with a high content of Omega 3 and 6 complexes.

It seems that there is no collapse of the industry, it’s just that every 20 years it will have to rebuild to the next cycle.

But there are also traditionally stable fisheries: pollock, cod, herring, flounder, navaga, greenling, to which are added capelin, goby, perch, smallmouth smelt, whelk, spizula, corbicula, cucumaria, scallop, sea urchin and brown algae ...

In short, 700-800 thousand tons of water biological resources per year you can expect absolutely calm from our fishermen.

If you believe the numbers, more than half of all seafood products are sold in Russia. Just over 300 thousand tons go abroad. Experts believe that by 2020 this figure will be 350 thousand tons.

Investments in the sea

That is, things are going quite well with our main industries.

Although, of course, there are many shortcomings here, especially in the fishing industry. In particular, for more active development coastal fishing (the so-called six-mile zone) requires changes in legislation to ensure the possibility of going to sea at night for small fleets; it is necessary to adopt strict regulations for the use of fish counting barriers for catching Pacific salmon on the base rivers of salmon hatcheries; solutions are needed for federal level issues of providing fish-breeding areas for use without holding tenders for existing fish-breeding enterprises and the use of fishing areas for aquaculture.

There is still work to be done to create in the port of Korsakov, which also operates in the “Free Port of Vladivostok” mode, a logistics center that provides servicing of fishing fleet vessels, processing and storage of products from aquatic biological resources and their shipment to Russian regions and for export, including and through electronic trading.

However, space for the project has already been allocated - South part seaport Korsakov near the berth front with a total land area of 7.1 hectares. Commissioning of the entire industrial cluster is scheduled for 2020.

Optimistic forecast

It is worth especially noting that with the creation in the region three territories advanced socio-economic development (“Mountain Air”, “Yuzhnaya”, “Kuriles”), as well as with the introduction of the “Free Port of Vladivostok” regime, investment activity, including private capital, has revived - and directly in places where special tax regimes apply , and outside of them.

For example, a plant for deep processing crab and seafood. The company that founded this plant has its own fleet, so they work here not only with crab, but also with greenling, whelk, perch, and squid.

A modern greenhouse complex with an area of 3.5 hectares is being built not far from the city. They plan to harvest the first vegetable harvest here in a few months.

The development of the Teplichny state farm continues (but within the framework of TASED). The Ostrovnaya poultry farm is increasing its poultry production capacity, and the Ostrov peasant farm is doing the same for quails.

The construction of large dairy farms with their own processing in the Aniva and Korsakov regions has crossed the equator, and livestock farming is being revived in the north of the island. The Mercy-Agro company is completing a project to create a powerful pig farm for 62 thousand heads. IN agriculture In general, as you know, we are making serious progress.

Other industries have also become active. This year, a mini-plant for the production of LNG will go into operation in the vicinity of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. The construction of the first stage of SakhGRES-2 is nearing the finish line.

The construction complex is planned to implement investment project to create a house-building plant for the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete products with a capacity of 100 thousand square meters per year. Here it is intended to apply innovative technology formless molding. And then the buildings will be assembled like Lego according to the “universal house-building system.”

If you don’t like concrete, then the Mebel production cooperative plans to increase the capacity of the existing production of laminated veneer lumber from 3,000 to 15,000 cubic meters per year.

The plant in Komsomolsk-on-Amur is building two new railway ferries for the Vanino-Kholmsk crossing. 1 billion rubles this year will be invested in refurbishment of the Sakhalin railway to the mainland track.

It is clear that this alteration is being done for the “bridge”. But, frankly speaking, even despite the fact that Vladimir Putin is now the initiator of the project, the start of its construction is still far away.

However, the very transition of our narrow gauge to wide gauge will have a great economic effect. For example, it will reduce operating costs by an average of 35%, eliminate the costs associated with rearranging cars in Kholmsk, that is, reduce the cost of transporting goods on the Vanino-Kholmsk direction by approximately 15%, reduce the cost of repairing rolling stock by 12-15%, and so on. Further…

And by the end of the year, an underwater fiber-optic line will be installed in the Southern Kuril Islands, and high-speed Internet will finally arrive there.

And, of course, Sakhalin has the “Mountain Air” TASED, where the construction of many facilities has begun, including at the expense of private capital. Investors plan to invest 20 billion rubles in the development of the sports and tourism complex, 14 billion have already been supported by projects. Nine companies have certificates of obtaining ASEZ resident status, most of which are implementing projects in close proximity to the ski resort.

In short, 2018 promises to be interesting.

Finally, ask yourself, “Given the results of this comprehensive analysis, what do I think is most likely to happen?” And believe me, in most cases, determining the most likely scenario will not be difficult at all. Now, armed with this new perspective, you can easily take the next step and make a request to the people around you.

Try to fully understand the situation

One of the most the best ways psychologist Nathaniel Branden once developed a way to break through the layers of disbelief and inability to ask for what you want that envelop you. He created a method for quickly and repeatedly completing incomplete phrases. The process he proposed is very simple, but extremely effective! You can see this for yourself.

Every day for a month, set aside about 15 minutes for this purpose. Sit at your desk with a notebook and a pencil in your hands, or use a typewriter or computer, and then, as quickly as possible and without thinking, write 5-10 endings for each of the following incomplete sentences:

If someone told me how important my needs and desires are, then...

If only I had been more courageous in asking for what I want, then...

When I ignore my deepest and deepest desires, then...

If I had been five percent more decisive in articulating my desires, then...

If I deny and reject my needs and desires, then...

If I listened to my deepest aspirations and desires, then...

If I were more willing to accept my needs and desires, then...

If I tried to act in accordance with my preferences, then...

If I believed in my real ability to achieve what I want, then...

One of the things I definitely have to ask for is...

Remember to write as quickly as possible, without thinking or judging in any way; your answers.

At the end of each week, reread everything you wrote during the past seven days, and then write down 5-10 options for ending the following sentence:

If anything I've written is true, it might be helpful if I...

Dr. Branden believes that doing this type of exercise stimulates the subconscious absorption and integration of new ideas. This helps bring our fears to the surface so they can be fully explored and challenged, and allows us to rise to levels of awareness and action that we may not have known we had before doing these exercises.

Coming out of gate number two, the young man found himself in a dark and scary forest. He walked at random, and huge trees bent over him, trying to pull him back with their branches. That night there was no light from the moon, and therefore Aladdin took out his lamp, lit it and raised it higher in order to better see the path ahead of him. But suddenly it seemed to him as if someone’s invisible hand had extinguished the fire in his lamp, and he again found himself completely alone in pitch darkness.

- It's the fear of being rejected. I don't want to be left here alone in the dark. I'm really afraid of this. Oh, my genie, please don’t leave me and don’t let me be in the grip of fear!

No answer. Then Aladdin decided that he would feel more confident by listening to his own voice, and was about to say something loudly

out of ear However, without knowing why, he began to hum a melody that he had first heard from a washerwoman when he was just a baby. And it was at that moment that the trees creaked And the right path opened before him...

THIRD GATE: BE POSITIVE

- “Oh, Little Blue Motor,” all the dolls and toys screamed at once.- Would you mind taking us over this mountain in an hour? Our engine is broken, and if you don't help us, we'll good boys and the girls will have no toys or treats. Please, please, help us, Little Blue Motor!

- Alas, I'm really not very big,- Little Blue Motor said in response. - They only use me to carry trains to the depot. I've never climbed over a mountain...

- Poof-poof, puff-puff,- The Little Blue Motor began to chug slowly. - I think I can. - I think I can. -I think I can. -I think I can. -I think I can. -I think I can. -I think I can. -I think I can.

Watty the Chimney Sweep, "The Little Blue Motor That Could"*

One of the most effective methods strengthening motivation is replacing negative attitudes in your mind with positive ones. Every day we have about fifty thousand thoughts. Many of these thoughts concern

* This popular children's book in the USA was written in 1926 by Mabel Bragg, who chose the pseudonym Watty the Chimney Sweep. Her other works did not gain fame.

directly ourselves, and some of them are purely negative character. “I will never get what I want. What am I thinking? Who am I anyway? Who do I think I am? Yes, they will simply refuse me - and that’s the end of it. What's the point of trying? I never get what I ask for anyway. They'll just put me in my place again. It's too difficult. I do not deserve this. Why did I even take on this? Nobody ever gives me what I want. It would never even occur to them to say yes to me. If I ask, they might get angry with me and fire me altogether. If I am too persistent, I could lose the client and ruin the deal. If I ask her, it might ruin her mood.” And so on.

Such thoughts stop us from making requests and taking concrete actions to achieve our goals. We must replace this negative “stream of consciousness” with the complete opposite - positive.

Use the law of substitution

There is a law in psychology that states that you cannot get rid of one thing without replacing it with something else. As you know, nature does not tolerate emptiness, and therefore if we try to simply eliminate some negative aspect, without replacing it with the positive, then the emptiness we create, like any vacuum, will ultimately attract the negative back again. If we, when displacing the negative, do not show due caution and are not aware of the pitfalls, it may come down to the fact that we are just replacing one negative phenomenon with another, also negative. A good example It is a well-known fact that when people quit smoking, they often begin to gain weight. And you know

and what is the reason? They simply replaced smoking with food. But there are many best solutions- for example, replace smoking with breathing exercises, stretching exercises or other types of physical activity, hugging someone close to us, verbally expressing our feelings, needs and desires.

In the same way, when trying to change attitudes through self-talk, we must replace old fear-based and self-deprecating beliefs with completely different formulations - positive ones that encourage self-affirmation and independent action. For example, the thought “No one will even listen to me” should be replaced with: “I can learn to win other people’s attention and keep people interested in me and my desires.” A negative fear like “I will never get what I want” should be replaced with another: “With the help of others, I joyfully and skillfully create what I want in my life.” A painful question like “What’s the point of twitching and wasting energy?” takes on a completely different form: “With every attempt I make, I come closer to my goal.”

The following method is also very effective. Make a list of all the negative beliefs about asking. For each of these statements, come up with a positive opposite in meaning and write it down on a separate card. Carry the cards in your coat pocket or purse and look at them several times a day. Better yet, read them not to yourself, but out loud. The constant repetition of these attitudes will gradually begin to displace and replace negative thoughts and beliefs.

Another use case this method- this is the creation of cards with corresponding statements

for each of the cases in which you want to make a request to someone. For example, write on a card the following: “I happily apply for and receive a scholarship to study at university.” But others possible options: “I enjoy the opportunity to ask my husband to go to ballroom dancing with me on Fridays,” “I have no problem asking for and then happily receiving a salary increase of two hundred dollars a month,” “I greatly enjoy an extra week of summer vacation in our country house."

This method will help you learn how to make requests correctly. You must direct your thoughts in a direction consistent with the goals you have set for yourself and perform the actions necessary to obtain the result you are striving for. Your mind is a creative, creative tool that you aim at the right point with the help of special exercises. Simply put, you are solely responsible for organizing your thoughts in such a way that they contribute to the appearance of exactly what you need in your life.

Yesterday I wrote how the OPCW tried to explain the presence of the BZ substance in the Skripals’ samples. According to the head of the UK-based team, BZ was not found in the samples, but was contained in a control sample. That is, as I understood then, the laboratory was given several control samples, for each of which they carried out an analysis.

However, everything turned out to be more complicated and worse for those who are trying to conduct an investigation - BZ was still in biomedical samples.

The Russian mission to the OPCW was notified that the BZ substance was added to samples in the Skripal case to confirm the level of competence of the laboratory, said Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.

“The head of the lead laboratory - the Netherlands - also reported that the BZ precursor was detected in the samples, but, attention, it was specially added to the samples by OPCW experts in order to further confirm the level of competence of the laboratory. That is, in a case of global importance, materials are sent to a laboratory whose competence needs to be confirmed by adding, so to speak, some other substances for interest", Zakharova said at a briefing on Thursday.

The diplomat also noted that any test actions in connection with the study of samples in the “Skripal case” in proven chemical laboratories look “strange”

“This flywheel has been launched, the process continues, samples are being analyzed. It was carried out, and this was done in certified OPCW laboratories, which have already confirmed their qualifications more than once. Therefore, any test activities in the case of the Skripals, taking into account all the odiousness of the situation, look, at least, strange and continue to mislead everyone"- emphasized the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The laboratory was given only ONE task, to test whether the medical samples contained the nerve agent discovered by the UK. That is, the answer could only be YES or NO. But the search for other toxic substances was not even oriented.

Yulia Skripal was found to have a toxic chemical in an unchanged form, which is strange if two weeks have passed since the poisoning, although the alien mysticism immediately undergoes decay in the body.

“The Russian Federation calls for the provision of all data available to the Swiss laboratory on the Skripal case,” said Maria Zakharova. "Considering that we see lies upon lies."

Maria Zakharova aptly noted the moment that she recommends that Britain not rush into destroying evidence in the Skripal case.

Earlier, Alexander Shulgin (Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the OPCW) pointed out the curious fact that the clinical picture of the poisoning of police officer Nicholas Bailey, who worked on the Skripal case, is very similar to the effects of the BZ substance used by NATO:

“The British colleagues claim that all three were poisoned and exposed to the same chemical,” he said. “But, according to medical data, it seems that Bailey was exposed to some other chemical. In general, it is very similar on exposure to the NATO chemical BZ."

I'll leave my opinion.

Apparently, by allegedly adding BZ, evidence in the case was concealed. If the laboratory wants to check additionally, then they use substances that are completely harmless, and do not affect anything, but with an obvious presence (for example, sodium derivatives), and if they are not detected, then... mark the suspicion of an unknown BOD also BOD - an obvious attempt to cover up their tracks... Who will now check that it was BZ that was added?

We come to the conclusion that initially the medical samples contained BZ, but on the contrary they added A234.

The explanation that BZ (and not some other neutral substance) was added specifically to test a known reliable laboratory also sounds extremely strange due to the fact that an unstable Novichok was found in one of the blood samples (from Yulia Skripal), but no no traces of its decomposition were found. And the blood was taken for analysis about 20 days after the poisoning...

Instead of a resume:

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that if it weren’t for the Russians having inside information from a Swiss laboratory, the OPCW would now have no hesitation and calmly assert that A234 had been discovered, and the presence of BZ would have been kept silent (as it was initially before Lavrov’s statement).

The British keep telling lies after lies and keep pushing lies. The fact that does not give rise to doubt is that the Russian citizen was poisoned immediately upon her arrival in England, and after she came to her senses, she was kidnapped by the British intelligence services and deprived of Russian consular support.

Everyone has to answer for their words at some point.
Late or early.

On March 19, 2018, Petro Poroshenko, President of Square, as expected, joined this company. It’s even strange that it took so long.
“The results of illegal voting are insignificant and will not have any legal consequences,” said the world president, defender of Europe and all its values.
To be fair, it is worth noting that the head of European diplomacy, Mrs. Mogherini, also beat herself in the chest with her knee, saying that “God forbid...”, “not for the life of me...” we do not recognize the elections of the President of Russia in Crimea.
Well, I don't feel sorry for her. She's from Europe. Everything is very bad with logic there, especially among the bureaucrats in power. One Theresa May what is it worth?
But Pyotr Alekseevich then! No, I’m not sorry either, I just don’t understand. After all, at least he’s a cunning guy. And he already knows that having said A, you must say B.
Let’s say you don’t recognize the elections of the President of Russia in Crimea.

Let's assume.
So, what is next?
The Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation announces the winner at presidential elections based on the results of processing all ballot papers, which were voted by Russian citizens who have the right to vote.
There will simply be a number - so many Russian citizens who have the right to vote voted in favor.
Dot.
On this basis, the winner is awarded a Presidential Certificate Russian Federation. On this basis, the winner of the elections performs all the duties of the President of the Russian Federation.
By recognizing the legitimacy of the elections and recognizing the winner of these elections as the legally elected President of the Russian Federation, you guys recognize as legal and legitimate the final protocol of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, where it is written in black and white how many Russian citizens voted for the winner. Including residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Orenburg, Yekaterinburg, Sevastopol, Crimea, Krasnodar, Nakhodka... The list can be endless.
How are you going to isolate the “results of illegal voting” from this legitimacy in order to recognize their “insignificance”?
By recognizing Vladimir Putin as the newly elected President of the Russian Federation, you thereby recognize the final ballot of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, which takes into account the votes of voters in Crimea.

By de jure recognizing Vladimir Putin, you de jure recognize Russian Crimea.

And not to recognize the legitimacy of Vladimir Putin’s victory in the elections on March 18, 2018 is not enough.

Look, the Englishwoman immediately lost all her ardor as soon as Masha Zakharova simply and casually remarked - close RT, all English media will instantly fly out of Russia.
That's all. Teresa shut up.

And here - popular legitimacy elected President Russia.

The Ukrainians distinguished themselves a couple more times the other day.
It would seem - the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Klimkin. Diplomat. You must understand the price and responsibility of words. But no - everything is the same.
Let's introduce sanctions against Gerhard Schröder. He loves Russia very much. Well, please, dear Europeans, impose sanctions against him.
The idiocy is off the charts.
And the passage of time does not teach them anything - that they will have to answer for their words and deeds.

And they are already starting to answer.
UN experts received information that the basis of the engine ballistic missiles The DPRK took the Soviet RD-250, which was developed at NPO Energomash, and the engine documentation for its serial production was transferred in 1965 to the Yuzhnoye Design Bureau and the Yuzhmash Production Association, located in the city of Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine.
“Ukraine confirmed to the group that the DPRK engine most likely contained individual components from this engine,” UN experts say.

With a high degree of probability - a favorite phrase of recent times.

Theresa May was most likely framed by her own intelligence services in the Skripal poisoning scandal.
Versions multiply - a daughter’s suitcase, a bouquet of flowers, a restaurant... Latest version— gas was sprayed through the ventilation of Skripal’s car.
By the way, I can offer shaves completely original version. It's strange how they haven't thought of it themselves yet.
It's simple - Skripal, while he was imprisoned for treason in Russian prison, sewed a special capsule with a radio-controlled fuse. And when the time came, a signal was sent from the secret bunker - the fuse exploded, the components were mixed... Well, like in the third Nut, only in miniature...
Therefore, they cannot trace who imported what where and when.
Amateurs...

Let's return to Teresa's setup.
Many versions, absence of suspects, a cheerful fireman next to chemical defense soldiers - a lot of indirect evidence that Teresa fell for a fake.
It is clear that her situation is at its peak - Brexit is bullshit, a pedophile scandal, money from the Russians....
And who can guarantee that among the people preparing expert reports for their prime minister, there is no person whose family suffered from pedophiles, whom Her Majesty’s government covered up for so long. He could have planted this version about the “Russian trace”, and then, when the scandal flared up, leaked the true picture to the press.
There was no doubt that May would rush to this bait.
She's from Europe...

Another Englishman who considers himself the smartest and most cunning, the extravagant Boris Johnson, made what was, in his opinion, a brilliant move - we agree to allow the Russians to investigate the Skripal case.
And joyfully rubbing his little hands, he thinks that he has driven our people into a trap.
But what if the Russians identify the gas as Novichok, it means you had it, since you know it. That's it, guilt has been proven.
And if they say that this is not a “Novichok”, and I’m here on a bicycle - how do you know what a “Novichok” should be like?

In short, there is no evidence, and it is not expected in the near future. And the Englishwoman who shits herself is already slowing down.
It’s only too late - you’ll have to answer for your words.
With a high probability.
Peskov has already warned.

True, there were also clowns from Poland. Out of solidarity, we will also send Russian diplomats. Brakes. Everyone is already thinking about how to turn everything back, and they... Communication with the Balts, with a high degree of probability, will not be in vain...

What is the rule for declension of fractions with the word fraction according to cases? (We followed the rule that if the numerator is 1, then the word “share” is declined according to the rules for singular: 1/7 (one seventh) share, 1/7 (one seventh) share. If the numerator is not 1 (any other number), then the word "share" is declined according to the rule for plural: 4/7 (four sevenths) shares (in im. pad., vin. pad.), 6/7 (six sevenths) shares (in Im. pad., vin. pad.). But we received feedback that this is incorrect and for the numerator 6 should be “share”. Those. in the nominative accusative case not 6/7 beats, but 6/7 beats, because 6 beats.)

Your logic is correct, there is only one mistake. With numerals two three four the noun is put in the form nominative case(For example: four girls), so it's true: two sevenths, three sevenths, four sevenths. But with numerals five, six, seven, eight, nine the noun is put in the genitive case (for example: five girls), so it's true: five-sevenths, six-sevenths etc.

Question No. 296423

Good afternoon How to correctly coordinate fractional numerals with the word after it in the following examples: The heir is: in 1/2 (one-half) share of E/I? The inherited property consists of: three-fifths of shares? In the first case, it is meant that the heir claims 1/2 of the testator’s share (the share can be whole or fractional), and in the second - a share of the whole).

Russian help desk response

Right: in 1/2 (one second) share, from 3/5 (three fifths) shares.

Question No. 296337

Hello, please tell me if it is acceptable to write “butter __” mass fraction fat 82.5%", i.e. without the preposition "with", by analogy with "butter weighing 500 g"?

Please help. I need to write in words: the property consists of 2700 / 137061 shares ... My version: Two thousand seven hundred one hundred thirty-seven thousand and sixty first shares

Is this really necessary? The fact is that it will be completely impossible to understand what is written in words...

You can write it like this: a fraction in which the numerator contains such and such a number, and the denominator contains such and such a number.

Question No. 291199

Please tell me which expression is correct - “with a high probability” or “with a high degree of probability”? I heard the opinion that it is always correct to use “proportion” before the word “probability”, because it is measured either as a percentage or as a fraction of a whole number. Conversely, some argue that the concept of share is inherent in the word “probability” itself, so using the word “share” before it is an ignorant redundancy. Thank you in advance!

Russian help desk response

Both combinations are possible.

Question No. 281009
Hello! My last name is Duda, my first name is Olga...Why do many people change the accent? The stress falls on the second syllable...
After I graduated from school, they issued a diploma under the name Dude... Did they do the right thing?
Does my last name decline or not? If not, how can you prove to a person that he is wrong?
+ I read this on the Internet and was once again convinced that I was right... and my surname is not inclined... Do not put it in any case... I quote: “Among the surnames with an accented á after consonants, there are morphologically divisible ones, and indivisible, that is, indeclinable."
Who is right?

Russian help desk response

Undecidable surnames of French origin: Dumas, Thomas, Degas, Luc, Fermat, Gamarra, Petipa and others. Surnames of other origin (Slavic, from oriental languages) are declined according to the first declension, i.e. they have a stressed ending -A.

Your last name is most likely not of French origin, so it tends to be: Duda, Dude, Dudu etc.

Hello.
Please tell me how to correctly put the fractional numeral 205/288 in the genitive case? Is this sentence written correctly:
“According to experts, the cost of (two hundred five two hundred eighty-eighths)? shares of property is x rubles.”
Thank you.

Russian help desk response

Let's figure it out. The numeral in the numerator of a fraction is quantitative, you need to decline all its parts: two hundred five. The numeral in the denominator is ordinal, we only decline the last word: two hundred eighty eighths.

Please answer whether it is legal to use a dash in a sentence:
“He had no shares in the authorized capital.” Moreover, “Share in the authorized capital” is not just a sentence, but as the name of a subsection in the text for each of the named members of the board (i.e., some had a specific share named, but others did not).
And further. In the phrase "Head office...of the bank" is the word "Head" written with a capital or small letter?
Thanks in advance.
